My dream home-decor
As I walked in my apartment from work today, I just felt an overwhelming urge to get OUT of apartment living. You know?
I am truly grateful for a space of my own--but if you really think about it, it's not really our own. We have neighbors, we have to share "yard space," Puppy is scared of the stairs, so he will only walk out the back of our apartment--where it's just mud--no grass.
I would LOVE our own place. With a yard. And a cute fence for pups. A dream! :)
So what did I do when I got on the computer? Look on Pinterest and pins some "dream home" wonders. What would my dream home look like??....
Kitchen...
Bedroom...
Bathroom...
Office...
And of course I'd have to add some pops of color...
How would you decorate your dream home?
Do you love apartment living? House living? Decoration?
I realize looking at my pins that I LOVE pops of color, and lots of pattern--but all my "rooms" are subtle. haha. What is your design taste?
Really cute ideas! I love the hello on the front door!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that kitchen and the white and grey bedroom!!!

Okay so I have to say that I totally understand wanting a home and getting out of the apt stage of life - but I promise you, you will miss the simplicity of an apt at times. I'm not saying I would choose an apt over a house with a yard and whatnot - but man o man, simple apt living was fun! Oh and also...the bedroom pic with the mirror above the headboard - I have that greyish comforter that's folded up across the bed (except ours is used as a comforter and not decorated like that) how neat is that! haha. cute style! We have a lot in common as far as home décor!
ReplyDeleteI love the very first dining room. It looks so comfy and cozy!
ReplyDeleteI haven't really thought about what I want to decorate my house with, but I'm leaning towards simple and clean white walls with colorful accent pieces. But of course I want my house to be timeless. Decors are very important in a house, it gives the house the whole character and depth.
