Would you still love me?
If I didn't blog everyday?
If I really spent time on good quality posts--instead of trying to throw something out there just so I blog every Monday-Friday?
I think I've gotten my priorities a little bit out of wack lately.
I need more human time-I need more God time. And, I'm hoping that I can use this little blog of mine to keep track of my journey.
How do you feel about taking bloggy breaks? Blogging everyday?

I am so glad that you wrote this because I feel the same way. I get kind of nervous that people won't follow or read anymore if I don't post everyday. I don't always write good/quality posts either, so that's ok :) I know I don't HAVE to post everyday and really I shouldn't, but it's very hard not to after you've done it for so long.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great post and exactly what has been on my heart. I love doing link ups and posting fun things, but I feel like I've gotten away from writing about the things that are on my heart and I'm learning. I'm going back to those roots.

ReplyDeleteI'm actually on a little bloggy break right now. I haven't felt motivated even though I have all these ideas to blog. I think it's because this week is actually NOT busy for me, so I'm enjoying my downtime in other ways! There's no problem with taking breaks or not blogging every day for the sake of blogging...I've really adopted that idea lately and I love it :)

ReplyDeleteI think you gotta do what you gotta do! When I'm in a writing mood, I just go with it and keep a few posts "in-reserve" for those busy days.
